There are many different kinds of salads in which I think most of them contain leafy greens as its main ingredients. And of course, there are so many different various types of salads such as pasta salads, fruit salads, and there are potato salads as well. I know, it may sound like mashed potato type of a dish however I personally think they are really different although I must say that they are both delicious. Potato salads are and can be very simple—just slice them into cubes, and you can decide to bake them, boil them, etc. and you can mix them in with some mayonnaise, other types of desired sauces. And with some sprinkling of cheese and veggies, yum! Also I once heard very interesting thing about potatoes which is that using raw potatoes can help with acne. I thought this was very interesting. Anyways, back to potato salads—even within potato salads, there are many different types depending on what you use for ingredients. What are some benefits of potato you may ask? Potatoes provide good sources of starch, fiber, potassium, iron, and many more. One of the good things about potatoes is that they make you full with its good carbohydrates and so you’re likely to eat a lot.
